Choklad

Vad skulle människan ta sig till utan Theobroma cacao? Världens kanske bästa träd med världens kanske bästa frukt, med världens kanske bästa fröer. Det spelar nästan ingen roll att man får i sig nyttiga fetter och antioxidanter (om man undviker att blanda med komjölk). Det spelar inte så stor roll om endorfiner och serotonin utsöndras och får en att må bra. Det fina är att det är så sjukt gott och att det går att göra nästan vad som helst godare med dessa rostade fröer(bönor).

Kaffe med mörk choklad. Rödvin eller dessertvin med mörk choklad. Frukt med mörk choklad. Nötter med mörk choklad. Bakverk, glass och godis med mörk choklad. Gröt.

What would the human race do without Theobroma cacao? Perhaps the world's best tree, perhaps with the world's best fruit, perhaps with the world's best seeds. It almost doesn't matter that you get healthy fats or antioxidants (if avoiding cow's milk). It doesn't really matter if endorphines and serotonin exudates and makes you feel good. The keen property is that it's insanely tasty and that almost any flavour improves with these roasted seeds(beans).

Coffe with dark chocolate. Red wine or dessert wine with dark chocolate. Fruits with dark chocolate. Nuts with dark chocolate. Pastry, ice-cream and candy with dark chocolate. Porridge.
